Hi, I’m Leah

​MS, RD, CSSD, LDN

Leah is a board-certified sports dietitian who has worked with collegiate and elite athletes, as well as individuals with busy, active lifestyles. She has also been featured in multiple media outlets for her nutrition expertise. In addition to sports performance, Leah also specializes in prenatal nutrition for athletes, helping active women fuel their bodies safely and effectively through every stage of pregnancy.

Leah is passionate about helping her athletes learn how to fuel for both competition and everyday life. She knows that there is no one size fits all approach, so she tailors each client’s nutrition plan to fit their unique needs, goals, and lifestyle.
